Not at all. We can design our services around your specific needs utilizing your existing systems.
How much do services cost?
Fees for billing services are customized based on your billing needs and are as low as 1.5% of collections. Other services such as credentialing and provider enrollment or Practice start-up are charged a flat fee. We are happy to provide a no-obligation quote.
Do I save more if I bundle services?
Absolutely. Some services we provide may make our other responsibilities a bit easier. For example, if credentialed appropriately, there are fewer denials to work.
Who will patients call if they have a question about their account?
Our call center service provides patients with a practice-specific phone number to speak with experts familiar with their account.
Do you work all denials?
Yes! Every single one.
How do you guarantee your work?
Simply put, if you are unsatisfied with our services and we are unable to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, we will withdraw our services. In fact, we will assist in the transition of services back to your organization or to another group.
I’m starting a new practice. What services can you offer?
We provide complete, turn-key new practice set-up, including business registration, marketing, vendor negotiation, IT services and even interior design. We handle as much – or as little – as you require.
I would like to meet regularly to discuss the health of the practice. Is this an option?
